The Union FM is chairing the 41st GST Council meet today, on 27th August 2020 starting at 11 a.m. The meeting is happening via video conferencing and involves deliberation on ways to compensate the states for the shortfall in GST revenue distributions. Industry expectations are high for rate cuts on two-wheelers and auto components.
